Combinatics

Combinatics is a bioinformatics company based in Japan developing tools, algorithms and databases to analyze and visualize large-scale biological data. Our flagship product, CellKb (https://www.cellkb.com), is the largest reference database of cell type marker gene sets manually collected and curated from published single-cell and bulk RNA-seq experiments. CellKb allows users to rapidly search through published cell type signatures to annotate single-cell and spatial RNA-seq data. CellKb can also be used to compare cell type marker gene sets across tissues, diseases and species for biomarker discovery.
