Co-driving the performance management & FP&A agenda in UOQ, notably in the areas of management reporting (Gross to Net, pricing, margin management, actuals vs forecast/last year).Playing a vital role in the quarterly rolling 16 month forecast process, which includes allocation of discount spend, data management, forecast development analysis.Business performance (UOQ)- EBIT, volume and revenue growth, waste & net working capital (DIO, DSO & others).Supporting the Head of Finance, UOQ to compile comprehensive reports and in-depth analysis in order to steer the direction of the business

•Preparing standard operating procedure for all departments (finance, HR, CCSM, sales & commercial operation, IT, logistics, warehousing & other areas).•Performing the full audit cycle including risk management & control management over operation effectiveness, financial reliability & compliance with all applicable directives & regulations.Own the planning & execution of the Audit Independently. •Developing audit plans & conducting internal assessment research to identify risky areas, gaps & loopholes within the organization & provide recommendation after a final report on audit findings.•Reviewing financial records & reports for accuracy & completeness to ensure that internal controls are effective.

•Preparing monthly gross to net (includes monthly gross revenue & trade returns with volumes, net volume, cost of goods sold & discount buckets (temporary price discount, campaign discount, liquidation), along with business development & customer trade agreement at business unit & SKU level to present the profitability & financial position to understand the depth of promotions & investment in the customer stores.•Fund flow statements (balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow statement) on monthly basis for JV.•Inter profit elimination reports of physical inventory & goods in transit at brand, category, subcategory level of the Items receiving from Arla DK, Arla Bahrain, Arla Saudi Arabia & submit to the finance team in Poland.•Preparing partner fees on monthly basis which includes warehouse & management fees. •Analyzing & reviewing monthly outlet wise marketing expenditure towards visibility rental, listing & opening fees, analyzing multiple cost buckets & areas where we can reduce the cost and budgets.•Supporting credit controller & sales to deliver DSO targets.•Ensure that interim & statutory audit has been conducted smoothly. •Collaborate with the teams (Internally & Externally), guide & lead them to ensure all necessary actions have been taken to achieve the objective.•Preparing expected credit loss and lease workings based on IFRS.•Prepare reports through Power BI tool i.e., ZAP & ensure that reports reflect accurately vis a vis ERP.•Ensure that inventory transaction have been properly recorded (w.avg, sampling, expiry & damage, stock reconciliation).
