- Led e-commerce product strategy and development as part of a large scale digital transformation program for one of the largest Cruise Line companies in the U.S . Built product strategies for e-commerce mobile application, onboard Kiosk, communicated with C-suite to obtain buy-ins, conducted several cross-functional client workshops to formulate features and user experience, and and worked with design and technology vendors, as well as internal stakeholders to build and launch product and scale it across the 40 ship fleet- Leading activation and commercialization workstream for rolling out EY Advisory Solutions, a new go-to-market strategy for the $7B Americas Advisory business. Helped assess and define solution campaigns and enablement strategy, content refresh strategy, reporting and metrics for solutions performance assessment and worked with Solution Leaders to help enable Solutions at key clients. In addition, helped strategize, design and launch the Americas Advisory Solutions app, a key part of the enablement strategy, where client serving professionals can view information and key contacts regarding priority solutions- Performed a detailed assessment of organization workforce for a large cloud technology company; recommended and validated “offshore-ability” of job profiles through detailed analysis and interviews with internal HR stakeholders and developed a detailed plan to reduce organizational cost by $100M. Conducted interviews with EY and external SMRs to provide an external point-of-view to the client on leading practices with regards to offshore delivery, operating models and RPA. Delivered a tactical “playbook” to outline detailed next steps and plan to implement employee offshoring.

- Created detailed strategic growth plan for a sub-business under the Animal Health group of a large pharmaceutical company to achieve a 50% growth in revenue by 2022. Defined a strategic execution roadmap, identifying key investment areas, strategic new markets for new market entry, future brand vision, key personnel and technology capability gaps, and created a phased approach to deliver the vision. Identified inorganic growth opportunities; created detailed profiles of acquisition targets by documented key capabilities and strategic fit with brand and product vision. - Identified key gaps in customer service processes for a major education/publishing company by facilitating a workshop working with leadership across functions to gain alignment. Worked with internal stakeholder teams to design and implement processes for incident escalation, prioritization and crisis management and conducted a simulation exercise across senior leadership to help implement new processes.- Part of a $1B transformation and overhaul of internal systems of a large professional services company; analyzed and redesigned key business processes for a pilot rollout and suggested mitigation measures for risks identified

Part of a large-scale digital transformation imitative for one of the largest automotive reselling platforms in the United States. Analyzed current user experience, researched leading best practices and made feature/functional recommendations to improve key aspects of employee and customer self-service experiences.

- Managed complete product lifecycle - from concept to execution - of Reliance Jio Infocomm's Digital music portfolio- Performed primary research, analyzed secondary research, competitive analysis, to assess consumer needs, created Product and Market requirements, and worked with cross functional teams to deliver the products. - Partner and Program Management: Identified and evaluated potential technology partnerships and was single point of contact with technology partners as well as internal stakeholders. Reliance Jio is a greenfield telecom company in India - and the only company with a PAN-India BWA (Broadband Wireless Access) LTE license. Jio is set to launch in 2015 with voice, communication and digital entertainment services.

Invited by senior management to be part of Reliance's Digital Innovation team. Our objective was to identify and assess potential opportunities in Digital Media and Technology. Assessed two major opportunities,- Jio Live Music - A digital product that streamed live events from major venues in India to subscribers.- A solution to provide entertainment on public transport such as trains and buses in India. Created product plans and execution models for each product to assess operational and financial feasibility.

- Detailed Technical Analyses of Customer Specifications from sales opportunities in India and across the globe, and proposing products that align closely with customer requirements; effectively communicate deviations from specifications and rationale behind decisions.Worked on over 30 multi million dollar sales opportunities ranging from South America to Australia. - Initiated an improvement in the order hand-off process from Sales to Project Management. Worked with Engineering team, project management based out of Hyderabad, India to analyze existing process and propose new document templates that would significantly improve efficiency.GE Oil & Gas builds large engineering equipment such as Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines and Compressors for customers in the Oil & Gas industry.

- Managed Sales of Low-Tension motors from Key accounts and channel partners in Southern Gujarat, including two of the largest industrial hubs in India - Vapi and Surat.- Performed and executed a market research project that led to an increase of sales by US $1.6Mn, and increased market share by 7% in a single year.- Worked with internal design teams to develop new Electric motor designs that targeted two new market segments - the Diamond polishing industry and the Steel processing industry. Received orders worth $800,000 in the new markets.- Consistently met and exceed sales targets of months - was rated in the top 5% among new graduate recruits in 2009.Crompton Greaves Ltd is India's largest manufacturer of electrical equipment and consumer electric appliances with a market cap of $2Bn.

Worked on the development of a Graphic User Interface (GUI) and link it to a Diesel Engine Simulink Model. The GUI was developed using the Graphic User Interface Development tool (GUIDE) in MATLAB. The main aim of the project was to input the parameters directly from the GUI into the model and notice instantaneous change in the output realtime.
