As a passionate and results-driven Test Automation Engineer specializing in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technologies, I manage and drive end-to-end testing solutions, spanning both manual and automation testing. My primary focus is to ensure that Bluetooth connectivity, performance, and interoperability meet the highest standards for reliability and scalability.In my current role, I lead the automation testing efforts for BLE, LE AE, and soon LE Audio, BT, and BT+BLE technologies. I’m responsible for developing automation test agents and scripting test cases that enable streamlined testing processes. My work helps reduce dependencies on external teams, increasing the overall efficiency of the testing process.In addition to test automation, I manage manual testing efforts by overseeing functional, stress, stability, and performance testing. I am heavily involved in ensuring that any challenges encountered in test execution or bug validation are swiftly addressed, particularly when the manual testing team faces roadblocks.I am deeply committed to exploring and applying new technologies and techniques to enhance automation capabilities and ensure we cover maximum test scenarios. I lead a talented team, coordinating tasks, mentoring members, and removing obstacles that could impede our progress.One of my key strengths is managing multiple testing projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality results. I also use my expertise in AI/ML to innovate within test automation by developing AI-based reporting and triage systems that help improve test case execution and defect management.Outside of my daily work, I am a strong advocate for learning and growth, continuously seeking new challenges and opportunities to enhance my skills in automation, BLE technology, and emerging areas such as LE Audio automation and AI-driven testing.
