• Developed scalable predictive demand forecasting analysis using Excel, VBA, Java & R-Studio that was used in managing manpower and equipment needs for the conveyance of 400+ parts and fasteners.• Developed & Optimized 130 unique parts and fastener process flows for Model 3 GA that resulted in a 700% increase in UPH and decreased downtimes to facilitate a Takt Time of less than 2 minutes.• Generated Value Stream Maps for automated warehouse systems housing 16,000 pallets for several DOH and analyzed maximum throughput to optimize logistics lead times.• Developed BI dashboards using SQL Server, Oracle 12c, 11g DBMS, Toad, and Tableau to provide insight into optimizing Supply Chain Logistics and Procurement for Model S and X.• Collaborated with multiple stakeholders and Led projects on reducing Supply Chain touches leading to over $40 million/quarter in cost savings.

EPICS (Engineering Projects in Community Service) is a service-learning design program in which teams of students partner with local and global community organizations to address human, community, and environmental needs. EPICS was founded at Purdue University in Fall 1995.• Responsible for all 3D printing activities in the lab (processing orders and maintenance - hardware & software).• Assisting students with their Projects.• Responsible for the functioning of the labs.

• MusicBuff was a web-based social music curation product where users could upvote or downvote music that would be included in the weekly playlist• Leveraged YouTube to source and recommended music, and Facebook Third-party Login for the socialcomponents including tracking upvotes and downvotes• Grew to 200 Weekly Active Users (WAU) from 5 different countries at its peak• Learned basics of A/B testing, User Acquisition, Product Discovery, and Roadmap prioritization
