CurrentOverall responsible for formulating the brand’s long-term strategy and developing marketing plans• Developing overall marketing strategy and plans of Strategic Marketing Division. This is based on strategy of each Group as per the exposure required. • Prepare the marketing budget and marketing calendar of the Strategic Marketing Division• Assisting the Divisional Head, Strategic Marketing Division, in the development and execution of promotional Strategies/ initiatives.• Closely work with the advertising agencies, media buying house, activation agencies and BTL agencies.• Coordinating with media buying houses to ensure maximum exposure and better placement of ads on electronic media• Executing new product launches and relaunches• Responsible for market research so as to gain consumer insights and provide inputs that have implications for the strategic direction and positioning of the brands.
