Roles & Responsibilities:Provide Technical assistance to the Construction team for improvement of Project Quality & ProgressImplement Quality Management SystemManage Site Inspection and testing activities,Co-ordination with third party , client , project management teamMaintain system manuals, international standards, client specs, Technical data sheets & handbooks, product-range & component catalogs, copy of ITP and all relevant documents related to inspections.Monitor Mechanical activities to ensure compliance with standard and quality requirementsPerform root cause analysis and Preventive action to proactive measures to avoid non conformity. Conduct the inspection of the mechanical activities starting from material inspection till final Testing and commissioning of the equipment or project.Monitor and inspect ongoing inspection and testing activities through concern project quality /construction representativeCoordinate with concern representative such as Construction Manager , Project Manager , supplier /Vender / Third Party and TQM Manager for implementation and Improvement of QualityPrepare and Review the Project Quality documents till completion of project with Project dossier.Ensuring appropriate KPIs are in place and maintained to Quality Cost , NCRs , Pro actives , Lesson Learn highlighting variances and trends in various performance indicates of projectUnderstand engineering procedures/interfaces for all disciplines across the project and reflect in Quality Controls deliverablesEnsure that the PQP and defined Quality requirements including ITP , Check list , and applicable standard and code are being followed at projects

Monitoring the all fabrication, Welding and Inspection activities.

Project Description: Shop Fabrication and Erection of M.S Stacks and Tanks.• Erection work of Preheater, Clinker Cooler & ESP.• Fabrication and Erection work of Steel Structure.• Kiln installation & alignment (Thrust Roller, Supporting Roller, Kiln, Girth Gear etc.) & NDT. Responsibilities:• Lead to Quality Control team.• Coordination with client and contractors.• Control all activities of Fabrication, welding and Erection.

Monitoring all QA/QC activities.To lead the QA&QC team for Inspection.To follow the NDE team for Inspections of all Piping Joints & Static Equipment's.Check the Welder qualification Status.Meeting with my team and client responsible person . Inspection of fabrication & welding activities.Inspection of all Ammonia and Glycol Valve Stations according to P&ID.To attend Nitrogen filling test of piping and static equipment’s.

Monitoring all QA/QC activities.Check the Welder qualification Status.Control of NDT (RT, DPT) of Piping and Tanks.Inspection of fabrication & welding activities.Inspection of Alcohol column & its partsPreparing all QA/QC documentation and inspection reports for submission to client.Preparing punch list after completion of Static & Piping activities.

Monitoring all QA/QC activities & worked as a NDE coordinator.

Working with NDT team (RT, DPT) at Flow Line, Piping and Tanks.Working as Welding Inspector at Flow Line, Well Head Piping & Storage Tanks.
