My main Responsibilities are:Reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.Delegating work to office support staff and ensuring tasks are completed on time.Establishing work priorities and ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.Administering policies and procedures related to record release in compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.Coordinating and planning office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.Training staff and supervising office administrative procedures.

Along with the administrative tasks In Codematics, on the basis of past IT background and due to passions for kotlin and andriod I also worked along with internees on an ecommerce app using Firebase authentication and database, php mysql for REST API and many other importand concepts of android UI. Now I am working in kotlin especially "Coroutines".

Inventory Management: Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and amenities,ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.Provided administrative and clerical support including answering the emails, managing and documentationof files.
