Roles and Responsibilities:* Managing the integrated production activities comprising of concentrate handling, maintaining PQs, operating parameters maintain, trouble shooting and routing jobs execution and samplings of Hydro Treated Naphtha/ Reformat/ LPG/ HVGO/ LVGO/ KERO/ DIESEL/ FURNACE OIL.* Panel Operation and then Supervision of plant like PLATFORMING/ NAPHTHA HYDROBON/ PROPANE RECOVERY UNIT/ VACUUM DISTILLATION UNIT. * Managing material balance and Inventory accounting of the plant and their feed, intermediate storage, and finished products storage.* Guiding the workforce to improve workmanship.* TA jobs maintaining, PQs/ RCA's/ PHA/ PSSR/ HAZOP/ PTW/ LOTOTO.* Handling of materials/ chemicals and their optimization.* HSEQ compliance and Documentations.* Interacting with interrelated department of utilities/ maintenance/ E&I/ Safety for various routine activities/ jobs and new installations/ modification to enhance plant capacity quality.* Interacting with supply chain for material procurement, with finance for monthly cost and budget, with safety regarding safety issues and with logistics for product dispatch and export.* Training of Field Operators/ DCS Operators.

Shut down planning, procedures, and follow up.6. Daily and monthly key events recordings.7. Gas testing, hot work and cold work’s permits.8. Schedule sampling and check samplings.9. Fire and safety four days training with KNPC’s HSE department.10. Implementations of HSE and OHSAS 18001 rules and regulations.
