Responsible for managing DD&I projects across Novo Nordisk, Driving Complex, GxP & Sarbox compliant projects, prepare all required documentation, validate solution and transition to the system management for ongoing support.Primary responsibilities include:Project Management:Manage or contribute to IT projects from Idea phase to Realize phase according to Novo Nordisk standard methodologies (ITPMM or Agile).Ensure the project is aligned with relevant specifications and LoB requirements.Managing project estimation, planning, monitoring, and reporting including timelines.Ensuring that the project keeps moving by timely resolution of issues and preventive actions to avoid risks.Ensuring the project constraints such as Scope, cost and schedule is monitored, tracked and documented for variance.Ensuring risks are highlighted ahead of time and required action are identified and implemented.Ensuring all required documentations are completed while closing the project.Vendor Management:Negotiation of agreements with external vendors.Management of medium/complex external contracts and vendor set up.Managing transitions from one vendor to other.Managing onboarding and offboarding of vendor/external resources.Setting up review processes for vendor performance.Communication:Communicate with stakeholders at all levels on status of the project and other necessary information from time to time.Identify key stakeholders and align on communication model and project deliverables.Communicate open and honest about risks/issues to project owner and steering committee.Manage communications with the external vendors.Project Governance:Conduct project status meetings and document the meeting notes/action items /decisions made.Setup regular format and cadence for project review.Timely escalation of issues/risks.Adherence to NN quality management system.Risk Management:Identifying, assessing risks, planning, and implementing risk responses, on-going monitoring.
