Abyan is a digital investment , robo financial advisory platform. With its user-friendly interface and advanced security features, Abyan makes it easy for investors to open their portfolio in minutes, manage their portfolios (parent,child, cash) ,invest in international and local markets, track their investments, and grow their wealth.As technical project manager my most recent project centered around the development and deployment of a cutting-edge robo-advisory platform, with a primary objective of enabling automated investment in shares from the US stock market.In this project, my role as the Technical Project Manager was multifaceted and instrumental to its successful execution. My key responsibilities encompassed project planning, software & database architecture, team coordination, engineering & delivery manager and ensuring that the platform met the specific requirements of our client.Abyan platform was to empower investors to efficiently and intelligently invest in shares from the US market. The platform was designed to provide personalized investment strategies, portfolio diversification, and automated trading execution based on individual risk tolerance and financial goals.As the project manager, I was responsible for orchestrating a cross-functional team of developers, data scientists, financial experts, and QA testers. My role included defining project milestones, resource allocation, and establishing clear communication channels within the team.A critical aspect of this project was integrating advanced machine learning algorithms and data analysis tools to provide users with data-driven investment recommendations. This required close collaboration with data scientists and developers to ensure seamless functionality and user-friendly interfaces.

In DigitalStates Inc, there are several product i am managing & working as senior solution architecture and heading the whole development team. 1. IoT PlatformObjective: The goal of this project is to integrate various IoT devices, including temperature and humidity sensors, facial attendance systems, and biometric attendance devices, into a unified platform.2. Video Analytics PlatformObjective: This project aims to develop an AI-based video analytics platform capable of performing tasks like intrusion detection, human detection, crowd detection, weapon detection, fire detection and fall detection etc. The system is capable enough to easily integrate any type of camera/ip camera like Cisco-Meraki, Dahua etc and perform AI-modeling into it's stream to get results. Analytics tools [Druid] and Alerts are integrated in video analytics platform. 3. Energy Monitoring System (EMS)Objective: The EMS project focuses on monitoring energy consumption within a facility, optimizing usage, and ensuring compliance with energy monitoring and reporting regulations.4. Cloud MigrationObjective: Cloud migration [Lift & Shift]As the Development Head and Senior Solution Architect, my key responsibilities are included designing the platform's architecture, architectural planning & implementation, sensor integration, data processing design, development of energy monitoring dashboards, real-time alerting implementation, collaboration with data analysts for energy optimization, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Moreover, overseeing IoT devices integration and data ingestion from cameras, ensuring scalability, implementing robust security measures, facilitating data analytics for insights, and real-time monitoring for device health. All these projects collectively represent a diverse range of responsibilities and objectives, and as a Development Head and Senior Solution Architect, i can say best cutting edge technologies were being used in these platforms .

In my role as a Technical Associate Manager at Allied Bank, I held a key position responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the bank's call center. At that time, the call center relied heavily on two critical systems, Avanza CRM and Genesys Solutions, which were instrumental in managing customer interactions and support processes.My primary responsibilities included overseeing the utilization and performance of Avanza CRM and Genesys Solutions. This entailed ensuring that these systems were not only operational but also customized and optimized to align with the specific needs and objectives of Allied Bank. It was crucial to maintain a high level of system uptime and reliability to provide customers with exceptional service.Furthermore, my role extended to cross-functional team collaboration within the organization. I worked closely with teams from various departments, including marketing, IT, and compliance. This collaboration aimed to ensure that call center operations were aligned with broader business objectives and that the systems in place effectively supported these objectives.Moreover, have developed in-house "Local Payment Gateway (ID base transactions)" which facilitate end users to shop anything on E-commerce website without debit card/credit card.

I am highly motivated and well-trained in the field of research and software/Web development. During my research i had published few conferences and journals papers. I had an opportunity to understanding the working of software process in-depth and its related problems. Also, what problems the software companies are facing in outsourcing and how we can resolve it. This is the main part of my research. In-addition, i have proposed some solutions to deal with these challenges.

Severed as Senior Software Engineer in Tekfirst which is UK based company. Responsibility to developer a product (like Jira) using latest technologies which also fully supported the Agile Scrum environment. Along with that also take care the some other products modules.

I was the senior software developer on a product named yidio.com. Later on, i became the team lead with the responsibilities of team management and delivered development tasks timely. Also, i have to communicate and discussed about the task and website functionality with client on daily basis which based in the USA . In-addition, this product have 20+ million users along with 1 million monthly active users. Therefore, its a great challenge for me specially with website performance, efficient algorithms, managing and scaling things. In-addition, with sheensol technology i have developed 100+ facebook applications at that time and win the titled "GURU" (Guru means fully expert in fb apps) from Elance.
