Responsible for the development, execution, and budgeting of the marketing and communications strategies for IGTC efforts as part of the Bloomberg Philanthropies Initiative to Reduce Tobacco Use. Manage the dissemination of the Institute’s research findings to targeted audiences and measure the content’s impact on policy. • Develop strategic marketing and communications plans for content development, demand generation, social media (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Weibo), website updates, media relations, and external events. • Serve as digital director for IGTC which includes leading website redesigns, implementing and managing three online courses and overhauling and implementing new applications such as an interactive e-cigarette policy scan and ensuring all digital products are accessibility compliant. • Serve as the creative director for IGTC identifying new and innovative ways to present findings, as well as directing photo shoots and video productions to grow IGTC’s internal library of digital and visual content. Lead branding efforts, including directing external graphic and visual contractors in the creation of various products for IGTC including fact sheets, guidance documents, reports, and social media content.• Led both the 2012 and 2021 website redesigns and rebranding efforts to ensure digital presence is up to date with current web technology and design aesthetics. • Develop and lead IGTC global media engagement strategy, which includes drafting press releases, marketing collateral and social media posts to promote to global stakeholders. • Gather and interpret web analytics to identify areas needing improvement to meet the Institute’s marketing and communication strategy.

• • Prepared reports on annual marketing activities for open enrollments period. • Executed company’s marketing agenda to achieve defined goals.• Led the creation and the production/rollout of sales channel marketing and related material, such as updates to existing campaign materials, rate changes, marketing communications, and sales kits.• Responsible for understanding the market and buyers, developed the product and go-to-market strategies, crafted targeted messaging, and produced collateral for the sales and marketing departments.• Led the design and implementation of the APWU Health Plan’s website, improving content management, versatility and flexibility resulting in a 10% call volume reduction and 15% increase in web traffic. Increased Health Plan’s web presence by implementing Google Ads and optimizing the website for search engine recognition by integrating organic keywords.

Wrote and designed a variety of publications for the non-profit organization. This included annual reports, newsletters, posters and program brochures.
