Technical Services Manager
CurrentRoles & Responsibilities as Senior Team Leader• Provide comprehensive end-to-end Solution Design and Delivery Services.• Provide Consultancy as "Technical Pre-Sales" for various Enterprise Solutions of Spectralogic Tape Backup library• Provide expertise to identify and translate customers' Business / Technical requirements into a desired and competitive solution.• Provide / Design expertise for complete “Technology Adoption Lifecycle” (Planning, Designing, Deploying, and Managing) of cost-effective solutions.• Visiting customers to the customer site survey and check the end-user requirements• Coordinating with the vendors to make sure the right solution and timely proposal delivery to meet the deadlines of the Bids, Tenders, and RFQs on Servers, Storage, and Backup Products from Spectra Logic, Dell EMC, HPE, Lenovo, Infortrend.• Supervised the team members and provided training to enable them to accomplish the day-to-day task.• Represented the Department on several occasions to keep the presence of the Business Unit and Company.• Responsible for Planning and Assigning required Certification to the team to maintain the current Partnership Level and for the achievement of Target Level.
