My global group included 30 direct reports. This was a group leadership role responsible for providing engineering resources and project management guidelines for all projects. Estimated annual volume of products sold is 10,000 to 500,000 tools and multiple fastening products associated with these tools.• Successfully launched and commercialized the core product line for ITW Ramset called T3 Magazine and T3 Single Shot Cordless Nailing guns for the drywall and electrical contractors in the commercial construction industry. • Successfully implemented two major cost reduction initiatives for the T3 tool program.• Successfully launched other proprietary products for the commercial construction industry.• Seamlessly managed the transition of all Ramset product lines into ITW Paslode after the two companies were consolidated into one entity under ITW Paslode at the end of Q4/2012.

MAP Systems Inc. a Division of Clearlam Packaging formerly known as Jescorp Inc. designing high speed food packaging lines for clients like Frito Lay, Proctor & Gamble, Kraft and Nestle. The packaging machines were designed with sanitary 304 or 316 stainless steel used for FDA regulated food processing equipment.• Developed customized packaging automation solutions for Maxwell House and Folgers which helped them launch the Plastic Jars of the new biodegradable Blue and Red package.• Designed and launched special packaging machines that were used to increase the shelf life of bulk powdered food products like Coffee, Infant Formula and various dairy products like cheese etc.• Designed packaging machines for the Pringles product line of Proctor & Gamble improving production.• Developed PLA based biodegradable thermoformed packages for Fisher Nuts Inc. satisfying green initiative compliance.

As part of my consulting career at Castle Resources, I worked on projects from Hollister, Progeny, SPEEDFAM Corporation and MAP Systems. • At Hollister, I successfully designed several medical devices that were UL, CE and CSA certified.• As a design consultant at Progeny, I helped the company develop various X-Ray related medical devices• At SpeedFAM (Free Abrasive Machining), my objective was to analyze and design new mechanisms for their commercial lapping machines targeting cost reduction and enhancing their performance.
