Wrote the creative brief for the award-winning "Where I'm From" campaign (Broadcast, Print, Digital, Events), recognized by the Mosaic (Best Multicultural), ANA (Gold, Print) and ARF David Ogilvy (Silver, Multicultural Research) awards for excellence in advertising.

Services provided included cross-cultural research, specifically focusing on African American and Hispanic communities and markets; strategic planning and brief writing for cross-cultural campaigns, African American and Hispanic campaign concepts, development, media planning and deployment; digital communications planning and analytics; event sourcing, planning and execution for more than 120 marketing event days a year.Launched the inaugural Marine Corps Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl, serving as co-executive producer of the live television event at Chase Field in Phoenix, Arizona.

For the Marine Corps, led all digital efforts: web sites (wCMS, usability, design, copy, frontend and backend development, systems integration, SEO, analytics, reporting), mobile (sites, applications), social media, SEM, display media, sales force applications, digital lead acquisition. Directly managed a team of 6+ Account Service and social media community managers, and led an overall digital agency team of 50+.

Projects and programs were predominantly interactive, but included direct response (DM) in addition to large website builds, content management system development (CMS), display media (standard Flash banners, HPTOs, mobile display), social media, search engine marketing (SEM) and mobile. Managed scope / schedule / budget and resources (both internal and freelance) on multiple projects for multiple clients including FEMA, Diamond Trading Company, SCANA and the Marine Corps. Additionally, managed the RFP process for a six figure ($100,000+) web analytics platform and a seven figure ($1,000,000+), multi-year website and database infrastructure/hosting contract.

Held primary responsibility for IA/ID design components of digital and direct marketing programs for a variety of business units within People’s United Bank, including home equity, mortgage, small business, wealth management, investment and core deposits (savings/checking). Directly led and managed customer communications for the launch of a new online banking platform (Corillian, purchased by CheckFree and now Fiserv) while simultaneously managing internal business requirements validation and QA/UAT process.

As co-founder and business solution architect, directed day-to-day project operations for an eBusiness strategy and wCMS developer serving 10+ repeat clients and 5+ new projects each year. Provided multiple client-facing services, including strategic planning, creative direction, business requirements analysis, systems architecture design, information architecture (IA), interaction design (ID) and content management consulting. Co-led new business efforts, including the formulation of a sales strategy based on resellers and led the acquisition and training of multiple reseller companies.
