•Supporting the estimation team for Tendering & prepare Procurement Schedule for the awarded Project.•Receiving Purchase/Subcontract Requests (PR/SR) from site and verifying & confirming the requirements, Duration & the detailed specification of the request with Contract/BOQ.•With the help of Cost-Control department verifying that the requirements are within the Project Cost.•Assigning the MR/PR/SR to the concern Purchase Engineers/Officers as per the category like (Mechanical/Electrical/Consumable/Service/Hiring)•Identifying/Searching for different Vendors/Manufactures & Subcontractors locally & internationally to fulfill the actual requirements within the required timeframe.• Evaluating and prequalifying the Vendors/ Subcontractors as per Organization procedure.• Verifying the Enquiries (RFQ) before sending to different Vendors/Subcontractors and making arrangement to get in time Offer/Quotation.• Coordinating with technical team to confirm the Offers are complying as per required specification & the duration by technical comparison. Also arrange the Technical Submittals as per client requirements.• After approval of Technical comparison, verifying the commercial comparison and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for the Price, Payment terms, Delivery duration. • Depending upon the value, arranging negotiation and approval meetings with Management.• Approving Techno Commercial Comparison prepare by the Engineers/Officers & giving permission to proceed for the Purchase order/Work Order and coordinating with the supplier / Subcontractors to execute the Order as per agreed terms.• Coordinating with Logistic companies to make the freight arrangement for International orders. • Follow-up with the buyers for the deliveries up to receipt of materials in stores inventory and with the subcontractors to complete the work as per agreed schedule.

Oversee the freight forwarder, Expediting of special equipment for timely shipments and deliveries. • Follow-up for deliveries up to receipt of materials in stores inventory and with the subcontractors to complete the work as per agreed schedule.• Responsible for Revision Order/Variation Orders as per actual delivery/work done if there is any discrepancy or Dispute with vendors.• After delivery/Work done coordinate with Finance Department for the Invoice process and in-time payment of Vendors as agreed by verifying the documents.
