• Perform Nokia remote integration support of eNB/NodeB/BTS of Nokia Airscale & Flexi BTS Platform using the BTS Site Manager/NetAct tool which includes Software Update, SCF files commissioning and RFDS Configuration parameters.• Remotely support via BTS Site Manager/NetAct the conversion to Nokia AMOB Airscale using ASIA System Module and ABIA Baseband Capacity Plugin Unit to RF Modules with different frequency bands for 5G/LTE/SRAN with RF sharing.• Configure adding new technology and Sectors and upgrade capacity for the existing Nokia Flexi BTS Platform and perform modifications of the existing antenna and diplexer for different bands of 5G/LTE/SRAN. • Perform support on alarm clearing and troubleshooting such as VSWR, RX/TX Level Monitoring, Antennal Line Failure, RET failure, External Alarms via BTS Site Manager and check parameters & physical interconnection which includes the jumper cable, antenna, hybrid cables, SFP modules, etc.• Remotely pre and post check logs validation after the integration activity.• Cell Renaming/ZQ removal, LTE parameter Change (Outage/Non Outage) by XML implementation in OSS level, Fetching SCF, Alarm dump, NW dump through CM tools, Monitor & URSA.

Alarms Management:• Monitoring fault rate & alarm escalation of sites in the network.• Worked simultaneously with Second line, TXN engineers with GNOC while breakdown and maintenance service.• Handling customer complaints on both voice & data taking help of CTL.Fault Management:• Involved in maintenance of critical situation like BSC Breakdown, BCSU breakdown and timely replacement of cards etc. & also working on various issues in BCSU, signalling & GPRS links. • Timely Co-ordination with vendors and within the team during problem resolution (SW corrections & Hardware expansions).Preventive Maintenance:• Periodic BSC Software upgradation with other regular plan activities• Perform diagnosis & switchover of all computational units to minimize hardware faults, thus prevent network outage.• Perform RSL Level analysis for mw hops & take necessary action to maintain proper transmission reliability.Troubleshooting of BSS elements:• Diagnosing & fixing the faults remotely for BSS elements.• Intensive analyses of cell outage reports & minimize the network outage to ensure maximum network availability• Resolve faults due to configuration mismatch.Customer Complain• Coverage & data speed improvement as per business team needs.• Field visit taking CTL support to resolve customer complaints • Daily handshaking with TSM & weekly analysis with ZSM/ZBM for understanding network related issues & plan of action for closure.
