At present managing loan portfolio of corporate clients total of around Rs.20,000 Crores which includes the best conglomerates of the country like TATA Group, Goenka Group ,GMR and other reputed corporate having minimum turnover of Rs.1,000 Crores.Proficient in Risk Assessment Module BOBRAM (CRISIL rating software), Finacle, CREMON, CRILIC, CERSAI & CIBIL.Job Role:-• Manage designated client portfolio and service bank finance needs of clients for capital expenditure, project finance and working capital requirements through available Corporate Banking products to generate fee and interest income for the bank.• Explore funding opportunities with clients.• Preparation of credit appraisal notes, presentation to appropriate sanctioning forum and pre-disbursement documentation for the sanctioned facilities.• Post sanction monitoring of accounts for regular repayments and adherence to applicable risk and compliance policies.• Analysis of the industry scenario and preparation of financial models and study of their relevance on current asset portfolio• Cross sell products like Trade Finance, FX & Derivatives, Cash management & Salary accounts• Credit Appraisal of the client, financial analysis, assessing the risks, identifying the mitigants, upgrading the quality of the asset with enhanced security, financial covenants, tapping cash flows etc.• Documentation, disbursement of limits to Clients and further ensuring utilization of facilities sanctioned to Clients• Coordination with other business units such as; Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Trade Finance, Mid Office, Operation
