I was able to mentor each one of them throughout the project and complete my tasks while also focusing on the bigger picture. The financial aspects of the project worked out within budget and the fabrication was flawless. I was able to effectively distribute the budget for fabrication and move ahead with the project. This put us well ahead of many other teams who struggled. Finally, we were able to complete the design, fabrication, and testing of the wind water pumping system. This represented quite an achievement, through good teamwork and mentoring. We were able to finish our project before the deadline and were awarded an A+. Show less
