I’m an ICT Business Analyst with a Master’s in Information Technology (Enterprise Management) and a passion for Business Analysis, Process Improvement, and creating impactful IT solutions.During my time at the 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 South Australia, I was part of a project as a B𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 that earned our team a distinction for introducing a chatbot solution to optimise the customer service processes of their call centre.🔆𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:⭕Proposed and planned the deployment of a chatbot system, streamlining customer enquiries and increasing efficiency for the Contact Centre.⭕Conducted detailed business process assessments to ensure technology fit with business goals and client needs.⭕Developed data-driven reports and strategies to enhance operational efficiency.⭕Developed and presented the final presentation, receiving distinction for both our team and my personal contributions.Outside of business analysis, I express my creativity as a freelance photographer and the founder of Clutchmood, where I capture the beauty of automobiles.
