I am an experienced test professional and leader based in Wellington. I have over eight years experience working in a fast paced agile environment at one of NZ’s busiest ecommerce platforms.I am a bubbly, approachable person who thrives on challenges. My experience ranges from being the sole test analyst on complex projects such as introducing a new payment option to the Trade Me platforms, to managing a team of engineers.Most recently I’ve taken on a leadership role where I’m responsible for a diverse team of engineers with varied experience, providing motivation, direction and technical mentoring.I pride myself on being a people-person, an advocate for team culture and helping others to grow.I am looking for a role where I can inject my experience and enthusiasm into an existing team, or build and grow teams to tackle exciting opportunities identified by the business.
