Mission: manage the workforce of the company, oversee the team and ensure that the team works efficiently together within and across departments in a streamlined way, focusing on employee hiring, onboarding, training, development, policies, engagement, retention, and smooth offboarding, as well as owning conflict resolution.General Goals:- Lead the People Operations team and manage the company's Recruitment and Human Resources - Provide support to the organization’s talent goals and partnership in aspects of human resources (including staffing, employment processing, compensation, health), onboarding/offboarding, organizational development, culture, payroll/accounting, other teams, and employee happiness (including employee relations and retention)- Prepare suggestions by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing the team’s feedback, data, and trends- Improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solutions; coaching and counseling managers and employees- Create, develop and maintain a holistic company culture

- Assist in policy development- Act as a focal point for UNWTO and other international organisations- Prepare protocol documents and the agreements of cooperation between governments of the Republic of Moldova and Georgia, Belgium and Tajikistan and with the (United Nations) World Tourism Organization- Planned and successfully organized the 61st meeting of the (United Nations) World Tourism Organization Commission for Europe (CEU) in Chisinau, in a time record of 3 months- Prepare the protocol documents and plan the 3rd Global Conference on Wine Tourism 2018- Member of the Moldo-American, Moldo-Austrian, Mold-Chinese, Moldo-Czech working groups, planning the cooperation and free trade agreements, including for 2018 year- Member of the Moldovan working group working on the European Integration strategy implementation- Daily communication with embassies and ministries both from Moldova and abroad- Daily elaboration of protocol documents in the Romanian, Russian and English languages
