I specialize in facilitating difficult conversations through teaching compassionate listening skills and authentic emotional expression. I have a personal life mission to help restore love to people who have been oppressed. As anexpression of that mission, I spent three years as an adult literacy instructor and authored motivational messages that were added to the curriculum. Since 2017, I have co-facilitated 18-hour workshops with the Alternatives to Violence Project for incarcerated citizens. These workshops include teaching active listening, self-reflection and awareness, communication, cooperation, and affirmation skills.A little more about me: *I coach business leaders on how to strategize for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with regard to BBIAPI. *Coach hetero-normative couples on how to strengthen their communication, cooperation and connection. * I have moderated panel discussions, as well as been a panelist, and a guest on numerous podcast.*I am also an ordained Minister for Universal Life Church and a Spiritual Consciousness Counselor Lastly, I am proud to say that I was nominated and selected as a 2020 Peace Fellow for my work with the Alternatives to Violence Project, with that I am creating a prison reform awareness project. I am available as an event moderator and conversation facilitator.
