    As Pandemic CEO our team closed our state of the art 33,000 sq. ft. HQ in Orange County, CA. and went alongside all of our customers by working from home. As part of the pandemic, two things came into focus. #1 - If we were going to do remote, it had to be the entire company. This put the entire company on the same page without power centralizing at HQ. While other companies were trying to figure out how to track employee productivity, we were empowering ours with tools that allowed them to get the job done fast which made for happy customers and families.#2 - With our customers making dramatic shifts to at home work, our team was able to use our remote work experience to help solve problems such as PC, Internet, and Security issues in this new world. Many of these lessons are now product features in our core product so that no matter what your workforce looks like, we have a solution.

    Now that we had an award winning contact center, we decided to move our entire stack to an API first Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS). This allowed our customers to install our network functions (make call, send SMS) and put it right into their software applications. To fuel this effort, we partnered with Argentum Group in New York City on a Series-A. This was a fundamental change from being a lifestyle CEO to a Growth CEO. Argentum brought additional resources with the end result of creating over 152 API commands and doubling our revenue with a focus in #SPORTS #ENTERTAINMENT & #PHARMACEUTICAL.
