With over 12 years of experience in the container and storage industry, I am currently the Operations Manager at WILLBOX, a leading provider of container hire and sales in the UK. In this role, I oversee the daily operations of the company, including fleet management, transportation, health and safety, and customer service. I am also responsible for the rental management of over 3000 units across 20 depots nationwide, ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance, and profitability. I have successfully implemented several initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction, such as streamlining processes, upgrading systems, and training staff. I hold a BTEC National Diploma in Engineering and an IOSH certification in managing safely.
