Leading the development and execution of visually impactful marketing campaigns across digital platforms for clients in Europe and North America is one of my primary responsibilities as a Lead Art Director at Epsilon. I work with production artists and art directors to provide high-caliber work on schedule and under budget. In order to make sure that my clients' demands and expectations are fulfilled or surpassed, I also maintain efficient communication with project managers and clients. I also keep up with the most recent design ideas and technologies, mentor younger team members, and provide creative direction. Additionally, I make sure that every design adheres to the client's brand standards and represents their company in all markets to the best of my ability.

As an Associate Art Director at Isobar, I was part of the team in charge of managing the digital marketing for Indian businesses. We collaborated directly with a wide range of clients, including fashion labels, tech firms, and sports teams, to create visually impactful campaigns that matched their goals. In addition to creating visually appealing designs, working with cross-functional teams, establishing the visual tone for brands, taking part in concept development, giving creative direction to less experienced team members, staying current with market trends and making sure designs adhere to brand guidelines, were all part of my responsibilities.

As a Junior Designer, I worked with lead art directors to create eye-catching graphics for landing pages, websites, and social media campaigns. Working with cross-functional teams, taking part in the design process, learning how to use design tools, helping to make sure projects adhere to brand guidelines, and meeting deadlines and deliverables were all part of my duties.
