Creating an automated management system using Microsoft Excel (Advanced) to help the company : - Improve productivity and efficiency from the initial Mortgage loan application stage and beyond. - Ensure all data entered into the system is accurate and can be extracted on demand within minutes. - Save the employees's time and effort.

• Communication : Coordinate and control an event from conception to clean up.• Meet with clients to work out event details , plan with clients and theirteam.• Presenting ideas and solutions to the client’s requirements and needs to meet their expectations.• Work with suppliers , contracts,employees and many other parties at the same time.• Manage to solve problems when issue occur. • Organize facilities such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material. • Provide feedback and periodic reports to Management. • Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicises events. • Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities.

Additional work: Event coordinator • Coordinating all the events of Auto loans Department such as Annual RAKauto Awards Ceremony 2014, Breakfast with CEO 2015, Iftar Gathering for the Auto Team in Ramadan 2015, UAE National Day 2015 & etc.

Additional work: Graphic Designer • Design Newspaper ADS, Vouchers, Flyers & scrolling Banner for the Center.
