Duties and responsibilities:- Expand & develop the bank’s correspondent network. Lead the origination and client relationship management for portfolio of Financial Instruction clients, Maintains a strong working relationship with credit, legal, compliance and other key stakeholders. Lead and coach Relationship Managers (RMs), Assistant RMs and client Managers. Actively originate new business and grow the franchise by capitalizing on bank competitive attribute (eg Network, Transactionbanking etc.), whilst selectively developing new relationships where required. Bring strategic thought and vision as to how the corporate landscape regionally / globally is changing and where areas ofinternational growth lie. Market the bank’s product to the international banks especially in Treasury, Cash Management and Trade products. Ensure the development of appropriate network with FI banks in cooperation with the IIB team- H.O. Enhance the mutual business cooperation with the Group. Manage / Build Relationships with counterparties. Nostro and Vostro accounts management. Develop the Bank’s business with an existing relationship in terms of product Coverage / Volume. Guides subordinates to offer distinguished services within timely manner. Maintains frequent interaction with senior business contacts, diver’s industry segments, community leader, and regulators. Prepare the unit policies and procedures manual including : Creation of procedures and guidelines , revision and on-goingenhancement ,Refinement in the unit’s methodologies ensuring total compliance central bank of Egypt circulars.Address: Experienced with Financial Instructions demonstrated history of working in the banking industry, skilled in Banking, Trade Finance, Risk Management, Credit, and Team Management. Accountability for all other objectives for the management development of client relationships, specifically compliance (AML, CDD) and credit risk.
