Comment on the monthly revenues3. Quarterly analysis on the LCD & CBD trade activity.4. Semi-annual presentations to the top management 5. Quarterly reporting to GTS on the consolidated results 6. Maintaining non-accounting database of the Trade clients Follow ups:o Follow up on the branches trade activity (Trade Middle Officers), and ensure the efficient processing of day to day operations. 2. Monthly follow up with TMO’s and discussing the reasons of any unusual decrease or increase of each client’s trade activity.3. Follow up with the Senior Trade Managers the client’s visits and setting a register for call reports.4. Propose to STM solution to increase trade portfolio accordingly.Conferences1. Coordinating the yearly International Trade conferences, including • Conference Agenda and Materials, • Logistics Hotel and air ticketing reservations, • Coordinate with the communication team to organize the conference in site.2. Preparing for the trade learning sessions with the STMB- Trade Banks:1. Receive and review requests of Bank lines’ allocations of from Trade Back Office2. Request bank lines approvals from Transactions Bank Group in Paris through the ECB system3. Requests of amendments / cancellation of approved allocations4. Submitting the approvals to the Trade Back Office 5. Follow up on the approvals 6. Communicate with the Corporate banking the Preferred banks7. Coordinating with the legal department and trade back office (LG’s department) the wording of the international guarantees.8. Maintaining adequate register for the bank lines allocations, including all the details of each transaction.
