In this role I am involved with developing, organising and maintaining accessible training packages for staff in the client benefits division claims processing teams. I have driven the transition from quarterly face to face training events into online training packages in response to the requirement for social distancing and work from home during COVID-19.
I work in a small team to respond to escalations from the claims processing business area, and provide advice to internal and external stakeholders in relation to the Primary Claims branch. This includes drafting Ministerial Briefs, coordinating the correction of errors in response to quality assurance reports, and provision of feedback to staff to ensure.
