Working in the Communications and Usability Group (CUG) at Elixir Technologies. My responsibilities include technical writing as well as the product definition and interface designing of applications. I've worked on process definition, interface designing and usability evaluations of:* Blue Ocean - web-based document archival solution designed for Citibank. * QuickStep Logic Studio - Data mapping and logic designing application designed to provide variable data for QuarkXpress documents.

Worked in the User Education Group (UEG) at Elixir Technologies. My experience includes business flow analysis, requirements discovery and gathering, development, editing and testing of end-user documentation of desktop products, as well as, web-based applications. It includes user guides, online helps (HTML and CHM), release notes, and training manuals. Achieved quality development, production, and release of user guides for:* Elixir archival system (Blue Ocean) deployed at Citibank Prague,* Transformation Suite, * E-mail Delivery and Archive System (EDAS) deployed at Citibank. I am comfortable with new technologies and people side of the business. Along with the user documentation, I’m also skilled in critical analysis of products and applications (for GUI and functionality performance).
