Senior Contract Specialist
CurrentPrimary responsibilities include working closely with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to fully negotiate sales and procurement contracts. Assists the sales team in pre-sales activities such as RFPs, vendor profiles, and other pre-qualifying activities. Negotiates all aspects of subscription software contracts under supervision of an attorney. Negotiates contracts for strategic Partnerships and supports the Partner ecosystem. Cooperates with team members to conduct training sessions for the sales team. Works in tandem with other internal stakeholders to ensure company-wide compliance with all terms of contracts to which Nuvolo is a party. Utilizes Salesforce and other internal systems of record to maintain accurate database of all procurement and sales contracts.
