• Responsible for achieving maximum revenue through the effective selling of event spaces and other ancillary revenue to customers via the telephone, e-mail, and face to face.• To ensure that all enquires are processed within the agreed response times, including 3rd party platforms such as Cvent, Venue Director, Venue Scanner, Tag Venue• Creating accurate Event Space and Group proposals in order to best sell the venue while meeting all the client needs.• Work closely with the Key Accounts team

• Providing outstanding first impression of Radisson Blu Edwardian hotels, through professional manner.• Promptly answer reservation enquiries via telephone and emails in a friendly and professional manner.• Utilise selling techniques and strategies to maximize budgeted room occupancy and ancillary revenue goals.• Provide detailed information to callers regarding rates, packages and aspects of the hotels.• Create a positive, effective selling environment.• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservation, changes, cancellations and information while maximizing conversation of reservation calls for 13 properties within the group.• Ensure accounting procedures are always adhered to, obtain prepayments, reconcile and check final invoices and send to the client.

• Greeting and acknowledgement of all guests, clients and colleagues in a friendly, professional manner.• Using the opera software to carry out general hotel receptionists daily shift procedures.• Upgrading and up selling as per room types and facilities.• Acting as first point of contact for enquiries and dealing complaints from guests while providing quick and responsive customer service.
