Hands on exposure End-to-End recruitment process - Non IT (Investment Bank, Analytics,Accounts, Banking & Financial Services & BPO/KPO) for all level of workforce mainly Middle and Higher management level positions.Screening resumes, updating the database and short-listing candidates for the preliminary interview.Conducting personal/telephonic interview.Actively participating in getting the feedback regarding the candidates & try to get better profiles and source the best talent. Conducting HR Round of the selected candidates, which involves negotiation and matching of salaries according to organizational standard and also briefing candidates on other benefits etc. provided Coordinating with the Clients and candidates and thereafter-scheduling interviews accordingly.Preparing candidate Assessment Form (CAF), which includes all the details of the Preliminary interview conducted.
