As a Tenant Experience & Events Manager, I work within the Shift Program to build out and manage high-impact initiatives for tenants of a prominent commercial property located in downtown Seattle. I am responsible for leading programming initiatives portfolio wide, delivering exceptional service, executing engaging events, and keeping a strong pulse on the wants and needs of tenants and property stakeholders. I am also responsible for monitoring interconnected projects, formulating strategies and defining project/program objectives.

Direct report to the Director of Operations for Oklahoma. Perform clerical duties including maintenance and organization of treatment records, as well as set up and breakdown of employee and medical files for record keeping. Orders and receive supplies for the unit. Check off lab work, and place test results in employee charts. Direct phone calls and meetings, aid in meeting rosters and monthly employee meetings. Work alongside with program managers to aid in office efficiency and employee relations. Time correction forms processed and entered using KRONOS software. Educate staff on new software applications with Mobil devices. Work along with ACES to provide technical support for treatment documentation. Multitask projects for multiple facilities and groups. Work with accounts payable (SAP) for order and invoice processing for supplies purchase orders and facility management. Assist program managers when needed. Input staff mileage and expense reports for reimbursements for Inpatient department. Help with staff and hospital communications.

Assist other health care members in providing patient detailed education regarding adequacy measures. Record accurate and timely information regarding vital signs and treatment parameters onto the Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet with initial identification. Welcome assigned patients and inquire as to their well being since their last treatment, reporting any complaints or observations to the nurse supervisor. Obtain necessary pre- and post- treatment vital signs and weight. Initiating Hemodialysis treatments. Monitor patients' response to dialysis therapy while monitoring access. Completion of treatment and access care. Responsible for calculating and entry of individual patients' dialysis machine programming for Ultrafiltration (UF) goal; treatment time; Sodium (Na) modeling; and UF modeling as prescribed. Responsible for water maintenance as well as quality throughout the clinic.
