Responsible for studying customers requirements from Heat-resisting and wear-resisting steel products for casting and fabrication. And Following up with the Production department for minimum delivery time. Mostly dealing with Cement factories worldwide focusing on the middle east and south Europe.Work Duties: - Studying required new products [ Design fabrication techniques, Material selection, Casting availability, Cost analysis ] - Modeling and Modifying Customer defected steel products. - FEA for Steel parts and durability analysis. - CAD modeling and workshop drawing, applying tolerances and standards.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of day to day, preventive and predictive plant maintenance for a food storage warehouse, leading a group of 13 technicians, reporting back to the plant manager. - Planning for predictive and preventive maintenance for the Plant, to achieve the TPM system of maintenance to improve the plant machines performance and system quality. - Keeping statistical and financial records, as well as cost reduction studies via seeking alternative services and resources, while concurrently retaining the quality. - Maintaining and following up all site Machines[ Compressors / Cooling Towers / Pipe Lines / Reachtrucks / Trans-Pallets ]

The Asia-Pacific Robot Contest (ABU Robocon) is an Asian Oceanian College robot competition, founded in 2002 by Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union. In the competition robots compete to complete a task within a set period of time. The contest aims to create friendship among young people with similar interests who will lead their countries in the 21st century, as well as help advance engineering and broadcasting technologies in the region.
