At Simson Softwares, I played a pivotal role in the development, enhancement, and support of flagship product, SAIBA, a leading insurance broking software utilized by over 200 brokers globally. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, I contributed to nearly every aspect of SAIBA, ensuring its functionality catered to the diverse needs of insurance brokers.My responsibilities encompassed the full software development lifecycle, from initial customization to ongoing maintenance and support.
