The phrase is a rewording in the common vernacular of the three unalienable rights articulated in the Declaration of Independence: 'Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.'" "Living Free and Happy" encompasses David's objectives of working with others to use our relationships for the common good of individuals and our People as a whole. We are smart enough, strong enough, and competent enough to govern ourselves. We are great! By working together we can achieve our goals personally and unitedly for the benefit of one another and society. By incorporating the proper tools to achieve remedy, we can repair those things in our society that we see need to be corrected through strong action and peaceful means. David is more than willing to share specifics with interested parties who wish to achieve common goals together no matter what race, creed, gender, or socioeconomic status. We will either survive or not together. David's business and management experience expresses this philosophy of life in practical ways. He is an entrepreneur and business manager of several large projects involving corporate and governmental concerns. He is a thought leader of a new idea: socio-political human technology, a term he coined to explain how we need to rethink how we create and implement proper mechanisms, authority, and access to information so that individuals in the community in which they live are able to competently govern themselves. He currently is administrating new business ventures with serious medical and environmental implications and strong business potential, and administrating an international law firm that focuses in part on control frauds perpetrated by corporate and governmental corruption. He also volunteers as a coordinator for a bottom-up national advocacy movement. David participates in these issues without an imbalanced regard to the personal benefits or liabilities which may result, but also simply because they are right, proper, and necessary. Hopefully, the end result will be prosperity and success, but that is a daily question answered in the moment.
