CCIA brought me on to spearhead the launch of their own Distribution facility after moving away from utilizing a 3rd party provider.Duties include: ERP customization & implementation, purchasing, forecasting, financial reporting, SOP development & implementation + more

Rolls Include:- Maintaining accurate inventory counts through various audits/comparisions.- Tracking of time.- Developing policies/procedures for picking/packing/processing orders.- Communication between the entire Karma team to ensure clear communication is being made.- Generating of receiving reports to give a detailed analysis of what's coming in to the warehouse.- Experience working within Netsuite/Excel.- Organizing of the pickface to ensure efficient picking.- Picking/packing/processing/receiving orders and PO's.- Organizing the flow of work to ensure tasks are finished within their deadlines.

Rolls included: - Managing an up to date, accurate inventory. - Tracking of time.- Hiring of extra labour.- Developing policies/procedures for picking/packing/processing items.- Delegating tasks for hired help.- Planning of the monthly schedule to ensure tasks are completed before deadlines.- Communication between IB and our various partner companies.- Picking/processing orders and PO's within Netsuite.- Building detailed receiving reports/invoices for our partner companies and head office.- Organizing paperwork/records to ensure ease of use.
