I developed my passion for learning and development when I started off my career as a tutor for the University of Pretoria where I had completed my BSc Hons in Human Genetics. I then became a graduate representative at AstraZeneca one of the top biopharmaceutical companies in the world. I took on many roles and managed many different portfolios untill I was promoted to the L&D Manager for the African Cluster region. I am now responsible for all the product and disease knowledge across Africa to ensure the sales forces are well prepared to engage with HCPs on a daily basis. I also manage various global projects and have added skills training, leadership & capability training, key account management to my list of skills.
