My role as a National Event Coach is to establish and run my own squad of international athletes and provide education and support to aspiring coach across the United Kingdom.

My role with with Sport Coach UK (formally National Coaching Foundation) was two fold. First, I worked with local authorities within the East Midlands region, to develop and implement coaching development strategies for all coaches in all sport. Second, I organized generic coach education courses for coaches in each region to attend.

My role was to develop and implement a sport specific development strategy for athletics in the City of Birmingham. My work focused on two issues - encourage and motivate young people to participate in the sport of athletics and recruit new and existing coaches to supervise activities.
