  • Provide training and development of each Team Member, evaluate their needs, set mutual objectives and develop a plan to provide the training and coaching required, including regular performance evaluations.• Work closely with Area Managers in all aspects of the order; from customer’s initial inquiry through shipment of order. • Collaborate with various departments for timely manufacture and shipment of goods and ensure customer is kept updated on order status. • Reviews Letters of Credit to determine compliance with International Standards. • Work closely with internal departments on maintaining the Return Goods (RGA) to prevent aged RGA portfolio. • Maintain and update the Distributor and OEM contract inventory on the shared database• Prepare and file commodity classification (SNAP) requests as necessary and maintain adequate technical and legal backup documentation. • Prepare and submit license application through SNAP and/or OFAC as necessary for U.S. Sanctioned Embargo Countries List. • Develop processes and procedures to support implementation of export compliance program (i.e. product and technology classification, order processing recordkeeping and screening).• Manage process to ensure export transaction screening (i.e. denied persons list, Specially Designated Nationals List, Department of State Debarred Parties List and the Department of Commerce Entity List). • Ensure the Company’s compliance with US Export Regulations.• Work with other departments to include Global technical Support, R&D, and Production etc., to support regulatory rules on imports and exports.
