I recently completed my undergraduate program at McDaniel college, and received my B.A. degree in kinesiology in May of 2023. I am currently attending Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL to pursue my doctorate degree. My academic background consists of studies in multiple domains of the kinesiology umbrella including coursework in human anatomy & physiology, strength & fitness development, exercise planning, athletic training, biomechanics, sport psychology, and sport history. Outside of undergraduate classes, I was a dedicated member of the McDaniel College women’s lacrosse team, competing at the NCAA division 3 level and training year-round to meet individual and team goals for all four years. In addition to my core studies, I am also working towards becoming a certified chiropractic assistant in the state of Maryland and I have experience working in professional practice facilities. Some of my creative interests include: meaningful travel, weightlifting, live music, coaching, and general health & wellness practices
