CurrentWEBLOYALTY is a multinational company specialized in the creation and management of subscription-based cashback programs in Europe and Brazil.â–ş Developing and implementing a multi-channel retention strategy across 12 cashback programs in Europe and Brazilâ–ş Leading digital marketing projects along the different touchpoints of the Consumer Journey to grow consumer retention in our rewards programs: email campaign, website optimization with a CMS, chatbot deployment, A/B testing, landing page and display implementationâ–ş Working on market expansion and product enhancementsâ–ş Collaborating with designers, developers, data analysts, external providers and the marketing teams (product, acquisition, merchandising)â–ş Presenting best practices and business updates to regional teamsâ–ş Delivering monthly reportsâ–ş Recruiting and managing interns
