Sean Gerety once stated "The technology you use impresses no one. The experience you create with it is everything," and as a former employee of Chick-fil-A, it is always my duty to go above and beyond to ensure that everyone I encounter and every task that I pursue creates a memorable experience. Many say the sky is the limit, yet space exists and that drives my passion to climb the ladder of success while gaining learning experience and opportunities.I am currently a fourth-year Information Technology major, studying at Coastal Carolina University. As an Information Technology major who aims to leverage a proven knowledge of customer communications and problem-solving skills, I am actively seeking exciting opportunities to fulfill my interests as a Support Specialist. In the past five years, I've acquired and built upon my skills of flexibility, organization, time management, teamwork, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and critical thinking while gaining a well-established experience in the world of customer service.
