Analyze clients and offer complex solutions to improve their business results through improving the quality of their management, leadership, teamwork, employee engagement, customer service and/or sales. - Attract new clients and follow-up with existing clients on project implementation issues.- Ensure timely communication between the Profiles headquarters in Waco, Texas and partner consulting company in Armenia.- Work with clients to identify their needs and come up with customized solutions for each client.

Main duties:Organized and supervised the operations of the HR department, worked closely with departments and top management on various policy design and implementation issues, was responsible for meeting recruitment and training needs of various departments in alignment with the overall strategy of the bank. - Designed and implemented policies and procedures that allowed smooth transition of the bank from mid-size company to rapidly growing large bank. Hired and trained approximately 200 employees mostly for newly established branches. - Fostered and enforced a client centric and superior customer service oriented corporate culture. Led the process of shaping and communicating the mission and vision of the bank to the bottom line and aligned the HR strategy with the long-term goals and objectives of the bank. - Addressed the issue of succession planning by introducing a leadership development program. Identified high potential employees and prepared about 20 potential managers to meet the growing needs in leadership across the bank. - Reduced employee turnover in low level operations approximately by half.

Main duties: • Benchmarked management assessment practices among private, public and intergovernmental organizations.• Contributed to the review of the Subordinate Assessment of Managers (SAM) and the Annual Performance Review (APR) systems of the IMF.• Drafted guidelines for leadership development in the Fund.

Main duties: Researched and analyzed documents related to Education for Sustainable Development, assisted in the organization of the upcoming meeting of the Steering Committee on ESD and created a database of participant countries.Main achievements:Draft on indicators for the effective implementation of the UN Strategy on Education for Sustainable Development which was presented to the Steering Committee and approved with slight modifications.

Worked closely with a team of top managers on the design of job evaluation and performance appraisal systems of the Central bank of Armenia. Ensured timely communication within the organization to overcome the resistance to change and smooth implementation of new compensation and performance appraisal systems.- Researched the performance management systems of several European central banks and the Fed. Reserve and drafted performance appraisal indicators for the Central bank, which had 4 major career streams and about 600 employees at the time.- As a member of the recruitment committee was actively involved in the evaluation and selection of candidates. Designed innovative employee selection techniques. Evaluated and interviewed more than 200 candidates. - Worked on the design and implementation of a leadership development program. Introduced a methodology to identify the leadership potential within the organization. For the first time, organized leadership development training for 20 top managers of the Central bank. The program is being used on a regular basis at the bank up to date.
