Working at Kifli isn’t for everyone, it’s highly pressurised and the speed of change is relentless. By the time of launch (we scraped in the week before Christmas), she had overseen the recruitment of 75 Head Office roles, as well as a whole profusion of agency workers who manned the warehouse and fleet. All those individuals came with HR needs, and Agi was able to build a terrific team around her to support a thriving HR department. She then had to help navigate the business through a pandemic at a time of unprecedented demand, when the workforce needed to expand exponentially again. It’s not easy to find good talent in today’s world, and people like Agi don’t come around very often, so don’t let them slip through your fingers. "
