Oversee the management and administration of Mountain Bike School lesson operations, ensuring a consistently high level of service and competency across all programs. In cooperation with HR, manage the recruiting, staffing, training, retention, evaluation and motivation of all personnel to ensure effective, innovative, and professionally competent operations that are commensurate with corporate expectations. Work with Lift Operations, Bike Patrol & Risk Manager, and Retail/Rentals to coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the bike park. Work with the trail designers/builders and the Permit/Planning Manager to ensure we are creating a product that our diverse customer base will enjoy. Create and maintain standard operating procedures for bike park employees. Create and maintain a bicycle-training program for employees and guests. Act as an ambassador for Stratton Bike Park.Work with the Marketing and Events teams to find/attend and create events to strengthen Stratton Bike Parks role in the Mountain Biking Community.
