Oversee an organization of 40 content developers and managers including technical writers, contractors, video and graphics specialists, and UX writer across multiple product lines. Analyzed the content needs of 30+ scrum teams in an agile environment and allocated writer resources based on each team’s release plans and business priorities. Coached and supported a team of 12+ content developers. Other responsibilities included:- Leading release-readiness activities across documentation department to ensure all writers understood and met release milestones and deadlines.- Implemented guidelines, strategies, and review process for all interactive in-app guided tours; ensured all tours were consistent and produced positive customer experience.

Collaborated with developers, UX designers, product managers and support agents to deliver online help, implementation guides, and release notes within project deadlines and requirements. Developed in-app assistance including interactive guided tours, user interface text, and video tutorials. Spearheaded the creation of first video specialist role within documentation team. Delivered pioneering “how to” videos for product and scaled team’s video efforts across all product lines; created guidelines, integrated videos into Salesforce application, set deadlines, and trained writers on tools and processes.
