Retail Audit is one of the biggest monthly syndicated tracking project of FMCGs in Pakistan across various genres of retail outlets.As a Project Manager:- Prepare and develop complex programming modules for project data entry and processing- Data Quality Assurance and Cleaning- Data Tabulation and Customized reporting as per processing SOPs- Developed and implemented Operations Dispatch Plan:- Professional correspondence with Operations and Client Service team as well as supervision of team of 12 data coders/punchers and supervisors.- Design and deliver project flowchart and establish guidelines to be followed.As Data Processing In charge:- Finances: billing and budgeting.- Streamlines questionnaire delivery which enabled quick entry and data processing and likewise earlier life cycle.- Analysis of raw data to capture insights and give solid recommendations.
